The Tennessean Golf Club on 1000 acres is located about two hours from Nashville and slightly more from Memphis in the Paris, TN area, near a large recreational lake. The golf course was selected by Golf Digest as one of the top five courses in Tennessee, and is the only one open to the public. At 7183 yards from the back, The Tennessean is true championship length. There are five sets of tees for each hole, with the forward tees playing 4765. Some lots are ready for purchase and some land is still ready for development. Currently the club partners with area hotels for stay and play packages. Clubhouse is a temporary facility.
